A Case of Primary Lymphoepithelioma-Like Carcinoma of the Bladder With Review

Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LELC) was characterized by epithelial neoplastic cells developing in solid or incohesive sheets mixed with a noticeable lymphoid infiltration. of the bladder (LELCB), which first described Zukerberg, is rare variant LELC. Here we reported new case LELCB occurring 70-year-old woman presenting hematuria. Computed tomography (CT) and cystoscopy revealed tumor on left upper wall bladder. A partial cystectomy finally performed. Pathological immunohistochemical analysis LELCB. After receiving systemic adjuvant chemotherapy, patient conducted 25-month follow-up without experiencing recurrence.
